Managing Director – Justin Hawes
B.Com B.Acc CA (SA) H.Dip Tax
Justin is one of Scan Display’s founders and heads up the group. Justin served on the Exhibition & Event Association of Southern Africa’s (EXSA) Executive Committee for six years, two as Vice Chairman and one as Chairman.
He founded the Event Greening Forum (EGF), a non-profit organisation promoting sustainability in the events industry, and is currently Treasurer of the Brussels-based industry association, International Federation of Exhibition and Event Services (IFES).
Chairman – Alex Hawes
Alex is one of Scan Display’s founders. He has vast experience across a range of industries and his marketing skills and visionary ability have played an integral role in Scan Display’s growth.
Production Director – Martina Ledwaba
Martina was employed by Scan Display straight out of school in 2002 as part of the company’s Siyacima Learnership Programme. She was appointed Site & Services Manager in 2010 and Production Director in 2014.
Martina is Chairperson of the Scan Display BEE Trust, which was established in 2005 to empower previously-disadvantaged staff members.
Financial Director – Moses Nefale
B Tech Degree in Cost and Management Accounting
Moses joined Scan Display’s finance and administration team in March 2008. He is currently responsible for the company’s full accounting and administrative function.
